With reference to the details below;
It is advised that Branch secretaries canvass their branch membership to see what numbers they are likely to require and to place appropriate orders with Central Office. No details of a forecast delivery date are given; it is assumed it will be in time for the Jubilee celebrations. Details will be promulgated when known.
