On Saturday 8th June Dorchester Town Council has decided to put on an event to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of D-Day. The Keep Military Museum will be the lead and it will be open to the public all day – ‘Free of Charge’ – where there will be special displays commemorating D-Day with talks on appropriate D-Day topics. Full details are yet to be published on their website
A “Drumhead Service” will take place in the Borough Gardens at 1100. The service will last about 30 mins. The Branch Standard will be Paraded.
