The funeral of S/M Alan Hunter took place this afternoon at Weymouth Crematorium. S/M President Ben Cartwright Parading the Branch Standard with S/M Dave Thompson and myself acting as escorts along with
S/M Dick Pearce slow marched ahead of the hearse to the chapel entrance.
The service was conducted by The Rev’d Bro Alasdair Kay CFC, during which Alan’s daughter Caroline read a moving eulogy to her father. After the service Caroline thanked Portland RNA for their attendance.
