Shipmates, please find details below of the Area Reunion Rally 2023, at Bideford.
S/M Pete Shoesmith will collect the £20 deposits for those shipmates who have already shown interest in attending at the November branch meeting.
If any further shipmates would like to attend the reunion please give names to Dave or Dusty at the October meeting.
The cost has only increased by £35 since Reunion 2019
Costs for 2023:
Three nights package includes: Fri buffet, Sat breakfast, wine reception and Gala Dinner,
Sun breakfast, lunch and buffet dinner, Mon breakfast. Price £175.00 p.p.
Two nights package includes:
Fri Buffet to Sun lunch as above. Price £140.00 p.p.
OR Sat wine reception to Mon breakfast as above. Price £140.00 p.p.
In view of covid and previous weather conditions, the committee advise attendees to consider providing their own travel insurance.
A small sum has been included in the above prices for staff gratuities.
