Some of these forms have been distributed at the latest Area 4 AGM to those branches that were in attendance at the time, some of whom have already confirmed their hopeful attendance.
Further forms will be available at the Area 4 Reunion at Bideford in March.
Could I ask that the above attachments be displayed on both the RNA Headquarters site and our local area 4 website in order to allow all branch members the opportunity to attend if they so wish.

Due to the closure of Bristol Branch (due to the lack of members), the Branch would like to invite Branches and Standards Bearers to join the remaining members in the Lord Mayors Chapel, College Green, Bristol, BS1 5TB on Sunday 14th January 2018. The Service commences at 1100. (Standard Bearers 1015 for a quick practise)
The Branch Standard will be joining the old RNOCA and No4 Area Standard already laid up in the Chapel.
We will retire on completion to the RAFA Club, Carlton Lodge, 38 Eastfield Road, Henleaze, Bristol. BS9 4BE, for a light buffet lunch.

The Conservative Club are holding a “Rum Shack” event in the Manor Bar on the 10th February starting at 1900. At £4 a head it offers a jerk chicken, West Indian style supper and as many as 12 different speciality rums to purchase.
This ticket only event is likely to be over subscribed. Therefore Alex Oswald has offered to purchase the tickets for the branch, with you settling-up with him on the night, so please contact him if you are interested.
