Foylebank Memorial Update
The proposed Memorial bench and plinth in memory of the Ships Company of HMS Foylebank has, at last, been approved by Dorset Council after it received clarification of the site off Yates Road. The area will be accessible by a ‘roped walkway’ to deter visitors from straying onto the ‘high grade valuable habitat’.
