Your President and Standard Bearer S/M Ben Cartwright has received an invitation from the Chairman of Portland Town Council and the Mayor of Portland to attend the reading of the Local Portland Proclamation of the new Sovereign King Charles III. This is taking place at Victoria Gardens on Sunday 11th September at 1500. The Standard will be in attendance. All are welcome. Dress code: RNA/black tie or armbands. Ladies: mourning rosettes (available at Victoria Square) and/or dark colours. Parking available at the Masonic Car Park, Victoria Square.
