Shipmates, I received news at the weekend that following a fall at home, our illustrious Welfare Officer S/M Gill Essom is currently in DCH recovering from a hip replacement operation. I have been in touch with her to pass on Best Wishes from the Branch. I suggested she send herself a “get well” card and a bottle of “medicine” as she does for all Members. Hopefully she will be home soon.
