The Fireside Chat this coming Monday (12th June) is now Lt Commander Hugo Mitchell-Heggs from HMS Oardacious, which was established in 2019 to provide Mental Health and Wellbeing support to the Submarine community. As part of this campaign, in January 2020, Lt Cdr Mitchell-Heggs was one of four Royal Navy Submariners which became the first ever Royal Navy team, and the fastest military team in history to row any ocean. The team spent 37 days, 6 hours and 40 minutes battling across the North Atlantic to reach Nelsons Dockyard, Antigua.
