As discussed in the Area 4 Committee meeting of Saturday 20th January in Dorchester. The committee continue to support the efforts of the Area Ceremonial Officer S/m Malcolm Day in the training of Area Standard Bearers. (Area financial support will be given to those attending). To that end I despatch promptly the details of the Bridgwater arrangements. So that all Standard Bearers be aware of the times and location of the said training.

Please could you forward the following to all Branches.
As discussed at the Area Meeting yesterday, I will be holding Standard Bearers training/refreshers at Bridgwater Sea Cadets. The dates being Sundays 4th,11th,18th,25th February. The venue will be Bridgwater Sea Cadets, Waverley Road, Bridgwater, Somerset TA6 3EX
The time start approx 10.00hrs until 12.00hrs. Refreshments will be provided.
Any Standard Bearer who wishes to attend, could you reply to me please, so that I have an idea of the numbers attending? I realise that it is a long way to travel, but even if by coming to one session I’m sure it would prove beneficial.
