Some of these forms have been distributed at the latest Area 4 AGM to those branches that were in attendance at the time, some of whom have already confirmed their hopeful attendance.
Further forms will be available at the Area 4 Reunion at Bideford in March.
Could I ask that the above attachments be displayed on both the RNA Headquarters site and our local area 4 website in order to allow all branch members the opportunity to attend if they so wish.

The Conservative Club are holding a “Rum Shack” event in the Manor Bar on the 10th February starting at 1900. At £4 a head it offers a jerk chicken, West Indian style supper and as many as 12 different speciality rums to purchase.
This ticket only event is likely to be over subscribed. Therefore Alex Oswald has offered to purchase the tickets for the branch, with you settling-up with him on the night, so please contact him if you are interested.

3 nights half board at the Somerset Hotel (Daish’s), Llandudno, including return coach travel and excursions on the Saturday and Sunday for £153.00 per person (based on 50 people). You can upgrade to a sea view room if you wish, for an additional £10.00 per person for the duration. Up to 6 single rooms at only £10.00 per person supplement. 3 free places if 45 or more go. This would reduce the cost to approx £146.00 per person. Deposit £5.00 per person. A further payment of £30.00 per person would be required in March and the balance by 20th August. If anyone needs travel insurance, Daish’s costs £12.50 per person.
