On behalf of the Frome branch of the Royal Naval Association, I am contacting service organisations in the surrounding area to invite you to support us at this year’s fundraising concert. Would you kindly promulgate this information and perhaps copy the attached programme to all your members.
This year is the 22nd anniversary of the Royal Marines Band Concert being held at the Memorial Theatre, Christchurch Street West, Frome, BA11 1EB on Saturday 11th March 2017; it is organised and sponsored by the branch. You are also invited to join us after the concert in the adjacent Assembly Rooms to meet the band and branch members.
Please find below details of the event and the methods available to purchase tickets; should you have any questions do not hesitate to contact me. Further information can be found at www.fromememorialtheatre.org.uk. It would be very helpful if you would contact me as to the numbers from your branch who decide to attend.

The Branch will be hosting a stall at the Portland Summer Fete on Saturday 28th July.
The rigging up of the stall will commence at 12:30. Those members that volunteered and any others that would like to assist are kindly requested to muster at the former Royal Manor School playing fields (Adjacent to the Weston Road Cemetery) at 12:30.
We are planning to go ahead with a stall at the Southwell Street Fair on 4th August.
Times will be promulgated when more details are forthcoming.

Easton Methodist Church, Easton, Portland, DT5 1BX on Sunday, 9th December 2018 at 4.00 pm
(Free parking available at Tesco’s, Park Road, DT5 2AD)
Festive refreshments will be served afterwards in the Church Hall. Civic dignitaries may wear Chains or Badges of Office. There will be a collection for the Mayor’s Charities.
