On Saturday 25th April 2026, Weymouth’s annual Anzac Day service will take place from 11:00 to 11:30 by the Anzac Memorial, which is opposite the Hotel Prince Regent. Members of the public are invited to attend the service of remembrance, which commemorates the thousands of Australian and New Zealand volunteer service personnel who passed through camps and hospitals in Dorset during the First World War between battles in the Middle East and those on the Western Front in Europe.
